Check the boxes that apply to your organisation:

 Do you have any overseas offices?

 In overseas places where you have no office, do you have employees or agents who act according to your instructions?

 Do your overseas suppliers ask you to bear foreign taxes?

 Do you have cross-border inter-company payment?

 In the last financial year, did any Hong Kong company in your organisation meet two out of the following three criteria:

     – annual turnover >HK$400m, or 

     – asset more than HK$300m, or 

     – employ more than 100 people?

 In the last financial year, did any Hong Kong company in your organisation have related party transactions exceeding HK$44m in aggregate?

 Are you required to prepare contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation for any of your group companies?

 Have you been challenged by any tax office in the last five years resulting in additional tax payments?

 Do you any tax haven company in your organisation earning income other than dividend?

 Is it fair to say that you or your staff rarely attend tax seminars?

 After attending tax seminars, the attendees would normally not share with colleagues what were the key messages learned?

 Is it fair to say that you and your staff are not tax experts?

 Do you think your company can benefit from having an in-house tax expert?
